According to the Chairman of the Bank of Holland Nut Veling the
Armenian dram returns to its real value.

According to him, the Armenian dram, weakened in 1990s, today becomes
stronger restoring its position.

According to International Monetary Fund, the Armenian dram is balanced
now, mentioned the Chairman of the Bank of Holland.
