ARMENTEL’S TARIFFS REMAIN UNCHANGED

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 16, NOYAN TAPAN. The RA Public Services Regulatory
Commission on November 16 re-approved the current tariffs of the
services provided by ArmenTel company, considering these tariffs as
the maximum ones.

The tariffs will be in effect until January 1, 2008.

By another decision of the commission, ArmenTel and K-Telecom have
received permission to use radio frequencies, which will allow
to improve the quality of communication. Besides, the commission
decided to grant permission of using phone numbers to 34 LLCs and
private businessmen.
