by the OSCE Minsk Group can’t be just and balanced for both sides
in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. The point is that the mediators
resorted to an old trick. They included both self-determination and
territorial integrity in the package. Therefore, the document will
never be coordinated," Azeri political scientist Vafa Guluzade said.
Despite pressure, Azerbaijan should wait for settlement of the
conflict, according to him. "We will wait as China waited for the
liberation of Hong Kong for 50 years. Let the Armenian army remain
in state of war, let Armenians flee from Nagorno Karabakh," he said,
