PRESIDENT KOCHARYAN CONGRATULATES PUTIN ON THE OCCASSION OF UNITED RUSSIA’S VICTORY

RA President Robert Kocharyan congratulated Russian President Vladimir
Putin on the occasion of the victory of the United Russia Party in
the Russian parliamentary elections:

"I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the decisive victory
of the United Russia Party. This victory was the result of the trust
of Russian citizens in your state-building policy," Robert Kocharyan
wrote.

In the congratulatory message President Kocharyan also expressed
confidence that the new State Duma will continue contributing to the
reinforcement of Armenian-Russian friendship.
