Russia leading among Armenia’s foreign trade partners – Lavrov

Russia invests around $800 million into the Armenian economy, Russian
Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"We invest about $800 million in Armenia and there is a reason to
believe this figure might rise significantly in the next few years,"
he said at a press conference in Moscow on Wednesday after a meeting
with his Armenian counterpart Vardan Oskanian

Bilateral trade between Russia and Armenia is growing, with Russia
leading among Yerevan’s foreign trade partners, Lavrov said

Hopefully, the two countries will step up further their relations,
the Russian foreign minister said.

"We have confirmed our commitment towards more intensive cooperation
both during and after the presidential campaigns in the two
countries," Lavrov said.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
