"Armenia has all the precedents to become a political and cultural
centre, of course after the NKR problem solution," said Sargis
Asatryan, the president of Armenian Youth party.
To the question of Panorama.am journalist why he is so optimistic
he answered "The most serious argument is the international public,
which has also accepted Kosovo precedent. The world can not have two
medals and it can not last forever. The president of Turkmenistan
and the sheikh of Saudi Arabia they can not be democratic leaders
for the developed public.

"I am very glad that the USA Congress and Europe understands that
Arcakh can not join Azerbaijan. Of course there are countries who
prefer Arcakh to remain in this condition longer, but it must be
announced independent as it is the only way to create peaceful region,"
said he. After he said that it is his own analysis that the USA and
Europe understood it.
S. Asatryan said that the problems in Chechnya and North Caucasus are
solved; the only bloody target remains Arcakh. "The issue of Arcakh
is the only problem which obstructs this region to develop. But it
will be salved for the Arcakh population. I think that till 2015-16
this problem will be closed," said he.
