BAKU: Azerbaijan, Armenia Exchange Hostages

AZERBAIJAN, ARMENIA EXCHANGE HOSTAGES

Armenia and Azerbaijan exchanged hostages on 12 December, releasing
one captive civilian each, APA reported.

The Armenian side handed over Anar Aliyev, 29, in exchange for Valeriy
Suleymanyan, 49.

Aliyev, who was taken captive by Armenians last August, is mentally
ill, ANS television reported. He was in good health on his release,
APA said.
