SECOND YOUTH CONFERENCE IN ARTSAKH

On December 14 and 15 the second conference of youth of Artsakh
is held in Stepanakert, initiated by the Ministry of Culture and
Youth. According to the head of the department of youth Marianna
Hakobyan, about 60 young people from the capital and the regions
participate in the conference.
During the two days of the conference the participants will discuss
the life of young people in rural communities and awareness of the
Karabakh settlement among youth. Definite programs will be worked
out based on the findings of the conference.
By the way, after the last year’s conference the delegates appealed
to the NKR government on the urgent problems of young people. However,
the government did not address these problems.
