Marriage aid payments to new families

The project represented by the ministry of social security of NKR
proceeds from the preelection programme of the president B. Sahakyan,
the aim of which is the stimulation of the marriages and assisting
new families. By the decision of the Government, from 1st of January
2008, from the budget of NKR the newly created family gets marriage
aid payment within 300 thous. of drams. The families will get the aid
payments, whose marriage was recorded by law, except for the fact
when one of the subjects of the marriage has no citizenship, or
divorced after 1st of January of 2008.
