EX-PRESIDENT OF ARMENIA PUBLISHED HIS PRE-ELECTION PROGRAM

Yerevan /Mediamax/. Ex-President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosian
published his pre-election program, with which he will enter the
presidential elections of February 19 of 2008. Mediamax reports
that the 16-page document is titled "Pre-election program or quiet
thoughts". The full version of the program of the Ex-President is
placed on Levon Ter-Petrosian noted in
the foreword of the program that he has decided to step aside from
the standard forms of structured pre-election programs.
