PACE Nagorno Karabakh Subcommittee chairman Lord Russell-Johnston to
visit Azerbaijan early in February

The delegation composed of the members of Nagorno Karabakh
Subcommittee of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE)
headed by the chairman of the subcommittee Lord Russell-Johnston will
visit Azerbaijan early in February, member of the subcommittee
Aneshka Nachilo told APA.

Aneshka Nachilo said that the delegation is planned to have meetings
with Azerbaijani President and members of the parliament. The aim of
the visit is to have discussions on arranging the meeting of
Azerbaijani and Armenian parliamentarians.
`The question is not the parliamentarians included into the
countries’ delegations to PACE,’ Aneshka Nachilo said.
Nachilo noted that following the visit, the committee members will
return to Strasbourg and then leave for Armenia. /APA/
