Bernard Fassier: No party can get everything it wants

ArmInfo. Proposals on the Karabakh conflict settlement were presented
in Madrid officially for the first time, OSCE MG French Cochairman
Bernard Fassier told journalists in Baku airport yesterday.

He said that it has been for the first time in the history of
negotiations on Nagorno Karabakh that representatives of Foreign
Ministries of OSCE MG cochair-countries presented official proposals on
the conflict settlement simultaneously. These proposals are of a
positive nature for both parties. "No party can get everything it
wants", B. Fassier said. He added that both parties have time which
they should use and thoroughly assess the presented proposals. The
diplomat also said that a monitoring is expected on the contact line on
January 16 in the presence of co-chairs.
