US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk
Group Matthew Bryza told the reporters in Baku that Turkey must
normalize the relations with Armenia.
Turning to the Karabakh issue, he noted that "the positions of Armenia
and Azerbaijan have come closer." "I see constructiveness on both
sides. But there is still much to do," Bryza added.
The leadership of Armenia and Azerbaijan is authorized to share
the information about the negotiation process with anyone it wants,
American Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Matthew Bryza told "Novosti
Azerbaijan" in response to the question about the properness of
informing the society about the negotiation process.
"I know that the Presidents and Foreign Ministers of both countries
are well aware of the negotiation process. For example, I know that
in Armenia they talk with members of the Government, and they have
the right to share the information with anyone they want. The same
is in Azerbaijan," he said.
Bryza noted also that speaking about the involvement of Nagorno
Karabakh in the talks, they meant both the Armenian and Azerbaijani
communities.
