SEMINAR ON COMBATING MONEY LAUNDERING AND FINANCING OF TERRORISM

On January 23 a seminar on combating money laundering and financing
of terrorism will be held in Yerevan. The seminar will be conducted
by representatives of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service
(Rosfinmonitoring) here for a four-day visit. The seminar is meant
for corresponding departments of RA Prosecutor’s Office, Police,
the National Security Service, the Tax and Custom Services and the
Central Bank of Armenia.

During the seminar the Russian experts will present experience of
Rosfinmonitoring in the filed of combating money laundering and
financing of terrorism and will launch discussions on the mechanisms
and problems existing the sphere.
