CONTRACTS INCREASED IN ESTATE PROPERTY

Today Manuk Vardanyan the president of the real estate cadastre
committee, that compared with the last year the amount of contracts
increased in the real estate agencies. He said that the information
spread in mass media that the contracts are decreased is not true,
"It is normal and natural, that real estate market is more vulnerable
than financial market," he said.
According to him 1 billion 80 million drams were collected in the
result of 155 thousands contracts, whereas 940 million were planned
to. Compared with last years the number of contracts raised in 2006
by 24.5%.
As for the estate property prices and their increase, Vardanyan said
that it is 38% in Yerevan in 2007 and 48.8% in regions.
