ArmInfo. It is gradually getting uncomfortable to live in Yerevan,
Armenian Prime Minister, Leader of the Republican Party of Armenia, and
currently a presidential candidate, Serzh Sargsyan said at a meeting
with the residents of Kentron community of Yerevan, Saturday.

"The regulation of traffic in Yerevan is still a problem. At the
moment, the traffic in the capital of Armenia is so heavy that we’ll
have to move some departmental functions from the capital to the
regions, e.g. the ministries and other departments", he said. The prime
minister said that he is well aware of all problems of Yerevan and
added that all necessary measures are being taken to solve these
problems. "We increase the funds for settlement of communal and other
problems with every passing year", Sargsyan said. However, the
population’s support also plays an important role here, he added.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
