THEY SHOT AT WINDOWS OF PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

The RA Prosecutor’s Office Press Speaker Sona Truzyan informs that
on 31 January 2008 an unknown person shot from a "Makarov" handgun
at the windows of the RA Prosecutor’s Office session hall, which are
the continuation of the Prosecutor’s office.

The RA Investigation Department started a criminal case by the Article
258 of the RA Criminal Code. The place of the incident was examined,
one bullet was confiscated from the place and a criminal investigation
is underway.

The RA Prosecutor’s Office ensures that the criminal elements are
unable to hinder the regular work of the Office. The Office will
continue systemizing the fight against the culpability within the
frameworks of its commitments for the sake of the maintenance of
legality and reinforcement of social security.
