ArmInfo. At its Plenary Session on Thursday, the lower house of Kazakh
Parliament approved a bill on ratification of inter-governmental
agreement with Armenia on mutual trips of citizens.

The agreement was signed in Astana on November 6 2006. The agreement
says that the citizens of one country have a right to arrive and
stay in another country for up to 90 days without visa on the basis
of relevant documents, as well as to make transit trips to another
country. The document has been submitted for consideration of the
Senate of Kazakh Parliament. To recall, Armenian Parliament studied
the document on February 6 but failed to ratify it for lack of quorum.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
