beginning of the 21st century" literary competition, the main problem
of which is to promote the modern Armenian prose and give new creative
strength to the writer: "Preoccupation that literature again becomes
a rostrum of public consciousness and formation of public opinion,
when under these new political conditions new challenges have been
set connected not only with the crisis of reading spread throughout
the world, but also with the sharp change of the system of value."
"The idea of seeing the Diaspora and the Mother Homeland in the same
field, of not losing the dear qualities of the national identity
in the worldalization gulf lies in the axis of a not less modern
journalistic competition titled "Homeland – the Diaspora, the Diaspora
– the Diaspora with the world with our identity," the message says.
