WHY ARF DASHNAKTSUTYUN PREFERS FREEDOM TO MISERABLE PORTFOLIOS

We used to be opposition to the All-Armenian Movement government, and
as opposition we had more power than now when we have two or three
miserable portfolios, stated Member of Parliament Alvard Petrosyan
from the ARF Dashnaktsutyun on February 13 at the Hayeli Press Club.

According to her, when they were opposition, they had more freedom
of action.

The reporters asked Alvard Petrosyan why in that case the ARF
Dashnaktsutyun does not quit the miserable portfolios and regain
its freedom and power as opposition. Alvard Petrosyan says through
its history the ARF Dashnaktsutyun has tried a lot of things,
and is now trying to convey the truth through portfolios. Besides,
Alvard Petrosyan says Dashnaktsutyun is a pan-national force and is
accountable not only to Armenia but also to the Diaspora, meanwhile
the Diaspora demands portfolios.

The member of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun stated that having portfolios
Dashnaktsutyun behaved correctly and did not lose its reputation.
