Spokesman for Azerbaijani Defense Ministry: International
organizations should strengthen control over Armenians’ obeying
cease-fire regime

Baku Mahbuba Gasimbayli-APA. `The two countries have losses when the
cease-fire is intensively violated in the frontline of
Azerbaijani-Armenian Armed Forces, ‘Eldar Sabiroglu, spokesman for
Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told APA.
He said that Arzuman Ramiz Gurbanov died during violation of
cease-fire by Armenians. Sabiroglu noted that, it is not true that
there are losses in Azerbaijani side at the result of violation of
cease-fire.
`I want to mention the fact approved by Armenians. Armenian Military
Prosecutor said while delivering speech in the board meeting of
General Prosecutor Office on outcomes of 2007.He noted 27 soldiers of
Armenian Armed Forces were killed by soldiers of Azerbaijani Armed
Forces, `he said.
Sabiroglu stated that international organizations which want the
peaceful solution to the conflict should strengthen control over
Armenians’ obeying cease-fire regime.
`Andrzej Kasprzyk, OSCE representative has much to do.1 – 2
monitoring in the frontline is not effective .I think that, he should
use more effective means.
