Municipality of Yerevan sanctions the rally of the leader of People’s
Party Tigran Karapetyan but forbids the rally of the leader of Orinats

ArmInfo. The Municipality of Yerevan has sanctioned the rally of the
leader of People’s Party Tigran Karapetyan but has forbidden the rally
of the leader of Orinats Yerkir party Artur Bagdassaryan.
To remind, the presidential candidates Levon Ter-Petrossyan, Artur
Bagdassaryan and Tigran Karapetyan were planning to hold rallies near
Matenadaran on Feb 17 but only Karapetyan has been permitted to do it.
Ter-Petrossyan has been allowed to rally near Vardan Mamikonyan
Monument, while Bagdassaryan has been denied such right at all.
Bagdassaryan says that the Municipality’s decision is an obstacle to
his campaign and he will rally anywhere he likes.
On Feb 17 presidential candidate from ARFD Vahan Hovhannissyan will
meet with youths in the hall of Moskva Movie House. The other
candidates are not planning any meetings tomorrow.
