Vasily Istratov: Russia never saw Nagorno Karabakh conflict in the
context of Kosovo problem

Baku Tamara Grigoryeva -APA. `Kosovo’s declaration of independence is
illegal action’ Russian ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary
to Azerbaijan told journalist, APA reports

He noted that this issue is discussed in UN Security Council at
present and noted that he hopes that the right decision will passed
soon.

`I hope that, illegal decision adopted by local government will be
abolished,’ he said. Asked whether there will be any changes in the
position of Russia on Nagorno Karabakh conflict he said that Russia
never saw Nagorno Karabakh conflict in the context of Kosovo problem.
