Presidential election in Armenia meet international standards: European

ArmInfo. Presidential election in Armenia meet international standards,
on the whole, Thomas Grunert, representative of European Parliament,
International Election Observation Mission, told ArmInfo.

He said that insignificant violations have been registered at polling
stations such as inaccuracies in electoral registers. However,
the European observer believes it early making general assessment
of the election. He thinks it necessary carefully analyzing the
situation. T. Grunert said the election cannot be called ideal but
they are positive and meet international standards. He also added
that the mission enjoyed warm reception and faced no obstacles to
monitor the election.
