CATHOLICOS MAKES AN ADDRESS

"Dear people of Armenia, Artsakh and Diaspora,

We send our greetings from the Holy See St. Echmiadzin and bring our
blessing on the 20th anniversary of Artsakh movement," Catholicos of
All Armenians Garegin B made this address today.

In his words, our nation won the victory with divine mercy during the
liberation movement that outset these days in 1988 by protecting the
right for free life of Artsakh Armenians and without surrendering to
needs and sacrifices.
