Speaker of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Gulyan sent a congratulating
message to Serge Sargsyan on his election as President of the Republic
of Armenia.
"We in Artsakh were attentively following the process of the election
campaign, and day by day the perspective of your success in the
popular vote was becoming clear to us.
Your victory in the first round is an evidence of the fact that the
overwhelming majority of the Armenian people fully accept and defends
the provisions of your election platform directed at the country’s
progress and prosperity.
We are sure that your activity in the high post of the president
of the Republic of Armenia will greatly promote the unity of all
Armenians and fulfillment of a number of pan-national issues."
