YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 20, NOYAN TAPAN. The rally of the United Liberal
National Party started from 14:00, February 20 in Liberty Square,
during which a concert is to take place. As Noyan Tapan correspondent
was informed by Yerevan Mayor’s Office, the holding of the event is
sanctioned by the Mayor’s Office. On February 3, the party applied
to the Mayor’s Office to receive the proper permission and received
a permission on February 4.
