YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 21, NOYAN TAPAN. OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ilkka
Kanerva will visit Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan on February
25-28. He will meet with the Presidents, Foreign Ministers, as well
as representatives of the opposition of the three states.
