NKR SHOULD BE FIRST RECOGNIZED BY ARMENIA, ARMAN MELIKIAN CONSIDERS

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 22, NOYAN TAPAN. The recognition of Kosovo is a fact
that can be useful for the solution of the Nagorno Karabakh problem,
but we should not pursue precedents. RA presidential candidate Arman
Melikian stated this at the February 22 press conference adding that
it was possible to solve the Nagorno Karabakh problem earlier through
settlement of the liberated territories. A. Melikian considers that
NKR should be first recognized by Armenia and in the course of time
it will be also recognized by the international community.
