Under the RA Law on "Prosecutor’s Office" public prosecutors cannot
be engaged in politics
"A prosecutor cannot affiliate himself with a party or be engaged
in politics. He must demonstrate political moderation and observe
neutrality."
"Gagik Jhangirian has made a rough breach of law.
Armenia’s Prosecutor General has applied to the RA President to
dismiss Jhangirian from the position and remove him from the system,"
