King Mohamed VI of Morocco conveys his congratulations to PM Serge

The King of Morocco Mohamed VI congratulated RA Prime Minister on his
victory in the presidential elections in Armenia. The message says, in
part:

`With great pleasure I convey to you my warm congratulations on the
occasion of being elected to the post of the President of the Republic
of Armenia. I wish you success in your efforts directed at the further
progress and prosperity of the Armenian people.

I want to use the opportunity to express my satisfaction with the
development of bilateral relations. I expect to cooperate with Your
Excellency to further develop our friendly relations and the
cooperation between our two countries and give a new impetus to the
development of our relations in all directions for the benefit of our
peoples.’
