CHINESE PRESIDENT CONGRATULATES PRIME MINISTER SERZH SARGSYAN ON ELECTION

ArmInfo. President of the China Hu Jintao congratulated Prime Minister
of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on ellection to the post of President of
Armenia, Armenian Governmental press- service reports.
The president, in particular, says China is glad to see the political
stability, dynamic development of economy, considerable growth of the
people’s welfare after the independence of Armenia. The resident is
sure that Armenia will achieve even more under Serzh Sargsyan. China
attaches a special importance to the friendly and partner relations
with Armenia and respects the way of development chosen by the Armenian
people, the Chinese president says. He expresses readiness to
maintain the relations with S. Sargsyan at the highest level, deepen
the business cooperation in all the spheres and promote extensive
development of Armenian-Chinese relations, the president says in his
congratulation message.
