NIKOLAY RYZHKOV CONGRATULATED SERZH SARGSYAN ON ELECTION PRESIDENT OF ARMENIA

of the interparliamentary commission Nikolay Ryzhkov congratulated
Serzh Sargsyan on election President of Armenia.

"I wholeheartedly congratulate you on convincing victory in the
presidential election. Your victory is a proof of confidence of the
Armenian people. I am confident that in the tenure of your office the
friendly relations between Armenia and Russia will strengthen. I wish
you every success at the post for the glory of the Armenian people,"
the letter says, the RA government’s press office said.
