SUPPORTERS OF LEVON TER-PETROSIAN ORGANIZE NEXT IN TURN PROCESSION

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 26, NOYAN TAPAN. Supporters of the first
Armenian president Levon Ter-Petrosian organized a procession along
Mashtots Avenue, Amirian and Nalbandian Streets, chanting "Levon",
"Unification", "Serzhik, Go Away", "Freedom". When the procession
reached Republic Square where a rally of Serge Sargsian’s supporters
ended a short time ago, policemen used loud hailers to warn the
procession participants that their procession is unsanctioned and
they must stop it.

Continuing the procession, its participants returned to Freedom Square
where a rally is going on.
