ANOTHER TWO CRIMINAL CASES ON FRAUD OVER THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION DIRECTED TO COURT

ArmInfo. Another two criminal cases on fraud over the presidential
election have been directed to the court.
As press-service of Prosecutor General’s Office reports, special
investigation group finished investigation of the case on rigging the
results of the presidential election at the election precinct 9/31. The
investigation proved that chairman of the election commission Eduard
Agajanyan included false data in the protocol on voting results, which
were confirmed by signatures of the members of the commission. On 26
February the case was directed to the court of Kentron and Nork-Marash
districts of Yerevan.
At the same day a criminal case on the fact of beating up of candidate
for president Serzh Sarkisyan’s campaign agent Suren Avetisyan was
directed to the Northern criminal court. Avetisyan was beaten up by
A.Urutyan at election precinct 36/34 of the town of Maralik.
