Levon Ter Petrosyan Has Not Applied To Constitutional Court

LEVON TER-PETROSYAN HAS NOT APPLIED TO CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

Press Secretary of the Constitutional Court Hovanes Papikyan assured
that presidential candidate Levon Ter-Petrosyan has not submitted any
application complaint to the Constitutional Court. "May be someone
has rushed to say that they have applied to the Constitutional Court
instead of saying that they will do so. We have received no application
from Levon Ter-Petrosyan," he said.

He said that presidential candidate Tigran Karapetyan submitted an
application complaint to the Constitutional Court at 17:00 today.

Today Levon Ter-Petrosyan announced in a rally that they have submitted
an application to the Constitutional Court. Central Electoral Committee
Secretary Abram Bakhchagulyan announced today that they have received
an unsigned letter but have not discussed it yet.
