PROCESSION PARTICIPANTS EXPRESS THEIR DISCONTENT TO OSCE OFFICE ON OCCASION OF POSITIVE RESPONSE TO RA PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 28, NOYAN TAPAN. On February 28, the young
participants of the Liberty Square rally organized a procession to
the OSCE Yerevan Office.

Voicing "shame", the participants of the procession expressed their
discontent over the positive response given by the international
organizations concerning the presidential elections which were held
in Armenia of February 19.

Afterwards, the procession, passing by Abovian and Tumanian streets,
returned to the square. The police patrol service car was accompanying
the procession and periodically announcing that the procession is
illegal, it should be stopped, as it is fraught with unpredictable
consequences. However no incident was registered during the procession.
