President of the Ukraine Victor Yushchenco has congratulated Prime
Minister Serzh Sargsyan with his victory in the presidential election,
government information and public relations office reports.

According to the source, the message underscores Serzh Sargsyan’s
contribution in the friendship and cooperation between Armenia and the
Ukraine. The address expresses assurance that the relations between
Armenia and the Ukraine will keep on developing.
