ROBERT KOCHARIAN SENDS TELEGRAM OF CONDOLENCE TO FAMILY OF SOFIKO CHIAURELI

YEREVAN, MARCH 3, NOYAN TAPAN. RA President Robert Kocharian sent a
telegram of condolence to the family of Sofiko Chiaureli, a famous
Georgian actress, on March 3.
The telegram runs as follows:
"With great sorrow we learnt about the death of Sofiko Chiaureli,
a great actress of the theater and cinema, a great friend of the
Armenian people and a People’s Artist of Armenia.
The numerous admirers of the talent of Sofiko Chiuareli will remember
the beautiful images masterly created by her for a long time. However,
the need for her charm and warmth and her ability to give a deep
significance to the sources of the friendship of the peoples of
Armenia and Georgia will especially be felt."
