CHIEF OF GENERAL STAFF OF RF ARMED FORCES CONGRATULATES SERGE SARGSYAN

The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian
Federation, Army General Yuri Baluyevski congratulated RA Prime
Minister Serge Sargsyan on his victory in the presidential
elections. The message says, in part:

"Dear Mr. Sargsyan,

I sincerely congratulate you on being elected the President of the
Republic of Armenia. I’m confident that it’s the recognition of your
service before whole Armenian nation.

Your constructive position in the resolution of urgent issues is famous
in Russia, and your high professional capacities and personal features
really deserve the respect of the people who have worked with you. We
appreciate your contribution to the reinforcement of the traditional
friendly relations of cooperation and reciprocal trust uniting the
peoples and the armed forces of our countries.

I use this opportunity to wish you great happiness, health and
wellbeing, as well as success in your hard bur thankful mission of
serving your own Motherland and people."
