CRISIS-MONITORING POSTPONED THROUGH AZERBAIJAN’S FAULT

In connection with the delay of the response by the Azerbaijani side
concerning security guaranteeing for he OSCE monitoring group members,
a crisis-monitoring on the line of contact of the Nagorno Karabakh
Republic and Azerbaijani armed forces near the settlement of Levonarkh,
where on the night of 3-4 March the Azerbaijani side seriously violated
the ceasefire regime, scheduled for March 7 has been postponed.

The Office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE
Chairman-in-Office addressed a corresponding letter to the NKR Ministry
of Foreign Affairs.

The crisis-monitoring was to take place at the NKR Foreign Office’s
request, which expressed readiness to assist in its organization and
conduct, as well as ensure security for the OSCE Mission.
