YURI BALUEVSKI CONGRATULATED SERZH SARGSYAN

The Prime Minister of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan received a congratulation
message from General Yuri Baluevski who is the head of the armed
forces of the Russian Federation. According to the press and public
relations department of the Government it is particularly mentioned
in his message:

"Dear Serzh Azati,

I sincerely congratulate You for being elected as the president of
the country. I am sure that it is the proof of fact that all Armenian
nation recognized Your service and accepted.

Our country is aware of Your investment in the most important
problems of the country, and Your high professional skills and
personal qualities are authorized by respect. Your investment in
improving and strengthening our relations cooperation in armed forces
is rather noticeable.

I wish You health, welfare, and success."
