Putin backs Armenian government’s steps to maintain constitutional
order

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Armenian counterpart Robert
Kocharyan had a telephone conversation on Thursday, the Kremlin’s
press service reports.
"Putin expressed confidence that steps taken by the Armenian
government in the wake of the recent outbreak of instability in
Yerevan will help maintain constitutional order in Armenia," the
press service said.
