ArmInfo. Limit for mass media activity in Armenia is just of a
temporary nature, connected with state of emergency introduction,
press-secretary of the Armenian president Viktor Sogomonyan said at
today’s briefing.

He also added that no Internet sites are blocked, simply several
agencies, for instance A1+, themselves said that they will publish only
the culture articles over the whole period of the state of emergency.
‘Those who cannot publish today sharply critical articles have to wait
for cancel of the state of emergency after which they will be able to
do it. There is no violation of freedom of speech. All the measures are
temporary’, – Sogomonyan said.
