RA NA DEPUTIES SASUN MIKAYELIAN, KHACHATUR SUKIASIAN, AND HAYKAKAN ZHAMANAK’S EDITOR NIKOL PASHINIAN SEARCHED

YEREVAN, MARCH 11, NOYAN TAPAN. The Press Service of the RA Police
has provided the following report to Noyan Tapan:
"Sasun Mikayelian (born on 07.11.1957, lives in the town of Hrazdan,
Vanatur district, house 76) and Khachatur Sukiasian (born on
15.09.1961, lives in Yerevan, Zavarian street, house 6) are searched
by the Central Department of the RA Police due to being accused on
part 3, Article 225 and part 1, Article 300 of the RA Criminal Code,
on facts of organization and holding mass, public events with violation
of the order established by the law on Match 1, 2008, in Yerevan Opera
Theater Square by RA presidential candidate Levon Ter-Petrosian and
his co-thinkers, getting, keeping illegal arms and ammunition, making
resistance to policemen being representatives of power with violence,
murders committed on March 1, 2008 in the vicinity of Yerevan Mayor’s
Office and central streets with use of fire-arms, explosives, and other
subjects, organization of mass disorders with violence, slaughters,
arsons, extermination of property, making armed resistance to power
representatives.
Nikol Pashinian (born on 01.06.1975, registered in the town of
Ijevan, Metaghagortsneri street, house 8, apt. 3, lives in the town
of Yerevan, G. Nzhdeh street, house 29, apt. 15) ) is searched due
to being accused on part 1, Article 316 of the RA Criminal Code.
The Police asks anyone, who has any information about the above
mentioned people to telephone to the Central Department of the Police
with the following numbers: 52-02-02, 53-02-02, 56-02-02 or to apply
to the nearest Police station.
