On March 12 the NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on awarding
the medal for bravery to Karen Arustamyan, Naira Beglaryan, Erik
Grigoryan, Khachik Tavadyan, Haik Musayelyan and Arthur Petrosyan,
who were on sentry duty near the village of Levonarch in the night
of March 4.
On this day the Azerbaijani force attacked the outpost of the Army
of Defense near the village of Levonarch, Martakert region. After
the fight that lasted for several hours the Armenian force returned
the positions.
Rafik Harutiunyan was awarded the medal for service in battle for
defending the homeland bravely.
