TO IMPROVE BUILDING INDUSTRY

In 2008 by state and other means a capital construction of about
15 billion drams will be carried out in Artsakh. How much building
industry of the republic is ready to realize so huge amount of work,
which wll be unprecedent by sizes and strictness of representing
demands. Basically, round the question the Prime Minister Ara
Harutyunian held a meeting-conference with the executives of Ministry
of urban planning.
Wholly, considering today’s opportunities of building system anxious,
the head of the government gave urban planners instructions to
show initiative and in short terms to carry out reforms in all
the sphere. the Prime Minister noted, that either the state or
people were dissatisfied with construction carried out today, as
it was necessary to get rid of these lacks and to pass to modern
construction. Special attention was given to the development of
road construction. Workers of the Ministry represented their offers
on settlement of some problems. Minister of urban planning A.Mamounts
informed how the building state orders are carried out , what changes
will be done in the system. According to him, the Ministry announced
2008 – a year of quality. The Prime Minister A.Harutyunian promised
personally to supervise construction of objects.
