ALL ACTIONS OF AZERBAIJAN TARGETED AT CHANGE OF KARABAKH TALKS’ FORMAT

YEREVAN, 24.03.08. DE FACTO. All actions of Azerbaijan are targeted
at the change of the Nagorno-Karabakh talks, head of Hay Dat office
Kiro Manoyan told journalists in Yerevan.
In his words, appeal to the U. N. and subsequent approval of the
resolution on the situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh presented by
Azerbaijan testifies to the fact that Baku intends to renounce the
format of the OSCE Minsk group for the conflict settlement.
"The attempt of refusal from the Minsk group can be regarded as
Azerbaijan’s preparation for power settlement of the Karabakh issue.
However, I do not think it is a lost option", Manoyan stated,
