HONORARY TITLES AWARDED TO A GROUP OF FIGURES OF ARMENIAN THEATRICAL ART ON OCCASION OF INTERNATIONAL THEATER DAY

YEREVAN, MARCH 26, NOYAN TAPAN. For the considerable contribution to
the sphere of theatrical art and on the occasion of the International
Theater Day, by the March 26 decree of RA President Robert Kocharian
a group of figures of art and culture have been awarded RA honorary
titles. Noyan Tapan was informed about it by the RA President’s
Press Office.

Honorary title of People’s Artist has been given to:

Kim Yeritsian, an actor at Yerevan H. Ghaplanian State Dramatic
Theater,

Irina Marchenko, an actress at K. Stanislavski State Russian Dramatic
Theater,

Roza Mkhitarian, an actress at Vanadzor H. Abelian State Dramatic
Theater,

Rafael Jrbashian, a producer, a professor at Yerevan State Institute
of Theater and Cinema.

A title of Honored Artist has been given to:

Georgy Amiragov, an actor at Yerevan Youth Chamber Theater, a producer,

Razmik Khosroyev, an actor at G. Sundukian National Academic Theater,

Lusine Kirakosian, an actress at Yerevan H. Ghaplanian Dramatic
Theater,

David Hakobian, an actor at Yerevan Hamazgayin State Theater,
a producer,

Alis Hekimbashian, a producer at A. Spendiarian National Academic
Theater of Opera and Ballet, a lecturer at Yerevan Komitas State
Conservatory,

Mariam Ghazarian, an actress at H. Paronian State Theater of Musical
Comedy,

Ara Matevosian, an actor at Yerevan Theater of Young Spectator,

Silva Yuzbashian, a soloist at the Armenian State Philharmony,
a reciter,

Karen Jangirov, an actor at G. Sundukian National Academic Theater.

A title of Honored Painter has been given to:

Martiros Badalian, the chief painter at Yerevan State Theater of
Marionettes.

A title of Honored Figure of Art has been given to:

Vrezh Hakobian, the Deputy Director of A. Spendiarian National Academic
Theater of Opera and Ballet,

Larisa Mangasarova, a producer at H. Tumanian State Puppet Theater,

Arzas Voskanian, a composer, the Head of the National Instruments
and Armenian Singing Chair of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory,
a professor,

Vigen Stepanian, a producer.
