SOLDIERS PASS KICK BOXING TRAININGS

"In the future kick box sport will be held in the army of Armenia. We
applied to the Defense Minister and received positive answer from
him. I think that the trainings are important to be held in the army
also," said Garnik Hayrapetyan, the president of the kick-boxing
federation of Armenia.

According to him the trainings should be held by the trainees of
the federation. "Three times in a week we’ll have the meetings,
and after 8 months we can try to organize competitions in the army,"
said the president of the federation.

G. Hayrapetyan said that the soldiers not only will be physically
prepared and strong but they will be taught methods and skills. "As the
president of the federation I’m ready to provide all the military units
with sport equipments, and support them to gain the fixed mission,"
said Hayrapetyan.
